4 horror tales is a series of films created by four up and coming members of the Korean film industry, most of them trying their hand for the first time at directing. All the movies were filmed on HD (high definition) Video, and each made on an amazingly small budget equivalent to just $1 million. Considering that, the quality of the finished products look great.
