Doomed (2007)

In the future's newest, most bloodthirsty reality show, SURVIVAL ISLAND 2020, 10 contestants on a remote desert island compete for a 50-million-dollar prize. What they don't know is they'll be joined by a race of cold-blooded zombie super-soldiers. It's SURVIVOR meets NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD as these leftovers from a failed government experiment hunt down the hapless contestants. To defeat the zombie horde they must take command of all their strength and skill. The ultimate prize is staying alive.
